“We want to thank you for a job well done from beginning to end this past summer insulating our home. The estimator, Jeff Kramer was professional and took the time to educate us and keep us informed during the process. From the time we decided to have the foam blown into our walls to the time that job was finished was just about one week. The installer (whose name we don’t remember) was also professional and left the outside of our home in better shape than he found it.

We immediately noticed a drop in our electric bill. At that time, the outside temperatures were in the 100’s, prior to the insulation the air conditioner ran non-stop, afterward it came on much less often. This winter has brought record cold, yet our heating bill has also dropped and the furnace comes on much less often.

"My wife and I met Jeff at the Weber County Fairgrounds home show this spring. He was very knowledgeable about energy efficiency and how a home interacts with the surrounding environment. After speaking with him we decided that getting our 1922 brick rambler in Ogden, UT and insulation upgrade would be beneficial on our monthly budget. Well, we are not disappointed for the decision that we made. The sound barrier that is created with the foam insulation has allowed us to not hear the various neighborhood sounds that are produced in Ogden and there is no more draft through our home. During the last storm which dropped temperatures into the 30s and 40s our furnace went on 4 times for about 5 minutes to maintain a 69 degree temperature in a 2400 sq foot home. This has been one of the best purchases that we have done. My wife and I highly recommend that this be done to any home. And we will be using there services again because of the friendly nature of everyone that is involved in the process."

“We have a 2,800-sq ft brick home built in the 1970s. It is one floor with a finished walk-out basement. Two west-facing bedrooms have all-brick exposure and have always been uncomfortably hot or cold, depending on the season.

We recently contracted with Accent Insulation to have the house heavily insulated. We chose to have the exterior walls injected with foam, install a radiant barrier system in the attic and boost the level of blown-in insulation. We also replaced our existing attic vent fan with a solar-powered unit. The installation crews were prompt, polite, clean, and unobtrusive.
The difference was immediately and comfortably felt. Rooms now feel uniformly cool wall-to-wall and ceiling-to-floor. South- and West-facing walls remain cool to the touch all day. Most telling, even on 100 days, the central A/C unit does not even come on until mid-afternoon. The inside air registers a pleasant 76 or less all day. In the late evening, the A/C brings the temperature down to 70 for sleeping, and then runs only occasionally and briefly until about midnight. That’s all. We are very pleased.”
